This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is between [YOUR NAME / ENTITY] (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Creator,” “you”).
This Agreement governs your use of Ti (the “Service”) to create, publish, and monetize Tests.
For clarity, “Ti” refers to the Ti platform and related services operated by the Platform.
This Agreement applies only to users who create, publish, or sell paid Tests on Ti.
It supplements our Terms of Use. If there is a conflict, this Agreement controls for creator-related matters.
To sell Tests on the Platform, you must:
We may decline, suspend, or revoke creator access at our discretion, consistent with this Agreement and applicable law.
You may create, publish, and sell Tests and related materials (“Creator Content”).
Except for the license granted below, you retain ownership of your Creator Content.
You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your Creator Content solely to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Service.
You must not publish Creator Content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, abusive, or otherwise violates the Terms of Use or applicable law.
You represent and warrant that:
We may remove, restrict, or disable access to Creator Content at any time.
You may set the price for your Creator Content, subject to any minimums, maximums, or pricing rules we may introduce to maintain marketplace integrity.
For each paid purchase of your Creator Content, the Platform charges a service fee (the “Platform Fee”), currently set at 15%, unless we notify you otherwise.
The remaining amount, after deduction of the Platform Fee and any applicable payment processing fees, adjustments, refunds, or chargebacks, constitutes your “Creator Earnings.”
Note: Payment processing fees (e.g., card fees), refunds, disputes, and chargebacks may reduce amounts available for payout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
The Platform does not store full payment card details.
To receive payouts, you must connect and maintain a valid payout account and successfully complete any required verification.
If verification fails or your payout account becomes invalid, payouts may be paused until resolved.
Payout timing may vary based on country, payment method, provider policies, refund or chargeback windows, and risk signals.
The Platform does not guarantee specific payout schedules or timing.
Unless otherwise required by law, purchases of digital content are generally final.
However, the Platform may issue refunds in limited circumstances to maintain trust and marketplace integrity.
If a buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, the disputed amount and associated fees may be deducted from your Creator Earnings or future payouts.
You agree to provide reasonable assistance, upon request, to help resolve disputes.
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes related to your Creator Earnings.
We may collect tax-related information from you or withhold amounts as required by law or payment provider policies.
We may suspend or terminate your creator privileges, remove content, or withhold payouts (to the extent permitted by law) if we reasonably believe you have:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to this Agreement or your creator activity.
Our total liability for any claim related to this Agreement will not exceed the Platform Fees actually received by us from your sales during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop being a Creator at any time by removing paid listings and ceasing sales activity.
We may retain records as required for legal, tax, audit, or fraud-prevention purposes.
We may terminate this Agreement or your creator access at any time, consistent with enforcement needs and applicable law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
